Trump accuses Harvard of being “very slow” to give information on foreign students

President Donald Trump has accused Harvard University of being “very slow” for transmitting information on foreign students.

“We are still waiting for Harvard’s foreign student lists so that we can determine, after a ridiculous expense of billions of dollars, how many radicalized lunatics, all problems should not be returned to our country,” Trump wrote on a real social Monday.

“Harvard is very slow in presenting these documents and probably for a good reason!” Trump wrote. “The best thing Harvard has for this is that they have bought and found the best absolute judge (for them!) – But he is not afraid, the government will win, in the end!”

In a separate publication, Trump added Monday, “I am thinking of removing three billion dollars of the grant from the very anti -Semitic Harvard and giving it to commercial schools throughout our land.”

“What a great investment it would be for the US, and so badly I needed !!!” He wrote.

The requested records include all audio or video images in possession of Harvard on threats to other students or university staff, “deprivation of rights” from other classmates or college staff, and “dangerous or violent activity, either on the campus or outside the campus” by a non -immigrant student registered in Harvard in the last five years. Noem also calls for all disciplinary records and audio or video images of any protest activity involved in non -immigrant students.

The letter gave Harvard another 72 hours to fulfill and send the requested information to recover its certification, but instead, Harvard filed the lawsuit to the North -American District Court of Massachusetts at the beginning of Friday.

In his court presentation, Harvard said that the revocation affects more than 7,000 visas holders (more than a quarter of his student body) and that “it is a blatant violation of the first amendment, the process clause due and the administrative procedure law”.

“It is the last act of government in a clear retaliation for Harvard, which exercises its rights to the first amendment to reject government demands to control governance, curriculum and ideology” of government and students, “says the demand.
