Biden says he could “overcome the hell of the authors of the new book arguing his cognitive decline

Former President Joe Biden joked on Friday that he could take those who questioned his mental faculties after his first public statements since he announced that they were diagnosed with prostate cancer.

The Biden Declaration occurs after several books have been published detailing its mental deterioration while in charge, including the book, “Original sin: The decline of President Biden, his coverage and his disastrous election to re -execute”, was launched on May 20.

“You can see I’m mentally incompetent, I can’t walk,” Biden said with journalists on Friday after talking at an event at the Day Memorial. “And I was able to overcome the hell of both.”

Biden seemed to refer to the authors of the book, Jake Tapper of CNN and Alex Thompson of Axios.

The book of journalists claims that Biden struggled to gather coherent sentences for campaign announcements, that his cabinet meetings were “so script” and that the Biden team allegedly represented a cover -up to hide the severity of his mental faculties.

But Biden’s team has once again pushed the material included in the book.

“In this book there is nothing that shows that Joe Biden did not do his job, as the authors have alleged, nor did they show his complaint that there was a coverage or conspiracy,” a Biden spokesman said in a statement to Fox News Digital. “They now show that our national security was threatened or that the President did not devote himself to important issues of the presidency. In fact, Joe Biden was an effective president who directed our country with empathy and ability.”

In addition to the publication of multiple books this year, which chronicled the deterioration of Biden’s mental faculties, Audio’s audio recordings were leaked to Biden October 2023 with the ex -special councilor Robert Hur in May, showing that Biden struggled not to fall for his words and even seemed to forget his son.

“We join and remember the debt we owe to the North -Americans,” Biden told the event, sponsored by the Delaware Commission Veterans Commission.

“The military is a solid spine, the spine of our nation,” he said. “Our troops, our veterans, our military families and our golden star families in particular. Only about 1% of all North -Americans defend 99% of us, 1%. Only 1% of North -Americans risk the final sacrifice. We owe them much more than we can never pay them.”
